Shipping
Orders are processed within 24-48hrs which is when you’ll receive your tracking number to track the item on its journey to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped that will contain this tracking number. You can expect to receive the item within 5 working days if ordered via express delivery and 10 working days if ordered by standard delivery.
Returns Policy
We provide a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To qualify, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
To begin a return, reach out to us via the contact page on our website with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to ship your return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and aim to resolve it promptly.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered due to incorrect size or product choice by the customer.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
